Can I change my documentation e.g. Curriculum Vitae (CV), Position Description, and/or Supervised Practice Plan?
All documentation should be lodged with your initial application. However, HWAV understands that circumstances do change and you may need to provide an updated CV, or change in location which requires an amended Application Form, Position Description and Supervised Practice Plan Agreement.
Provided HWAV receives the amended document/s at least seven (7) business days prior to the date of the confirmed PESCI appointment HWAV will be able to substitute the documents.
